KithKeep Terms of Use
1. Service description
KithKeep is a private stay-in-touch companion. You hand-pick the people you truly care about, set a cadence for each relationship, and KithKeep nudges you before you drift and prepares a reconnect brief from your own notes. It is for individuals who want to thoughtfully tend a small number of important relationships — it is not a social network and not a sales CRM.
2. AI-generated content
The reconnect brief is generated by a third-party large-language-model service based on the notes you wrote, and is provided for reference only. The brief aims to retell only your own facts, but AI output may still contain inaccuracies; please verify before relying on it. You are responsible for how you use brief content. AI-generated content does not represent the views or positions of KithKeep.
3. User conduct
You should use KithKeep only to tend your own personal relationships. Any information you record about others should be limited to reasonable and legitimate purposes, and you are responsible for respecting the privacy of the people you record. You may not use the app for harassment, surveillance, or any unlawful purpose. If we detect violations, we may suspend or terminate your account.
4. Subscriptions & payments
KithKeep Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks unlimited people, the AI reconnect brief, and unlimited notes. Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; after cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period. Refund policies follow Apple’s and Google’s respective rules.
5. Intellectual property
The people, notes, and content you record in KithKeep belong to you. The KithKeep app interface, brand assets, icons, and underlying technology belong to the KithKeep team.
6. Account security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. If you detect unauthorized use, contact us immediately.
7. Service changes & termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time. We will notify users in advance of material changes.
8. Disclaimer
KithKeep is provided “as is”. We make no warranty regarding uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation. KithKeep is a tool to help you tend relationships; it does not replace your own judgment and action.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
