1. Does KithKeep read my contacts?

No. KithKeep never asks for contacts permission — every person in your circle is one you add by hand. It's a deliberate privacy choice, and the biggest difference from apps that rely on bulk import.

2. Where is my data stored? Is it private?

Your people and notes are stored on your device by default. Only when you consent to generate an AI brief is that one person's notes sent to the AI service to produce the content — used in the moment and not retained. We don't track your behavior or build profiles. See the Privacy Policy for details.

3. How does the AI reconnect brief work? Does it make things up?

The brief is built entirely from notes you wrote — it only retells your own facts and shows where they came from. When you've logged too little to prepare, it honestly tells you "add a couple of notes and I can prep better" rather than inventing details you never shared.

4. What's the difference between Free and Pro?

Free keeps up to 15 people with full access to nudges, logs, and relationship status. Pro unlocks unlimited people, the AI reconnect brief, unlimited notes, and priority email support.

5. How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; Pro features stay usable until then.

6. Can I request a refund?

iOS: file at reportaproblem.apple.com. Android: open the order in Google Play. We honor Apple / Google's refund rules and do not double-charge.

7. How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. We erase the server-side data tied to your account; local data is removed when you uninstall.
